I am so pleased with the service I received from Greater American. Starting with the initial bid and on through construction this company was wonderful to deal with. The office staff kept me informed of the work timetable and returned calls quickly whenever I had a question. The men on the roof, despite some adverse weather, did a great job. They were considerate, very considerate actually, of some special needs I had regarding my 86 year old mother, open roofs due to skylight replacement, and the privacy she needed in her room. The yard was always clean at the end of every shift. I have only good things to say about this company. Very nice people and a great looking new roof.
