This super CUTE Perry District home is going to be and Airbnb!! It had a complete remodel inside and out! We have done several homes for this client but this one turned out so beautiful! The owner chose to stay with the current style of siding – we installed Coventry Triple 3 vinyl siding in Storm for the body, Architectural Vinyl Shake in Charcoal Smoke for the gables and all outside corners.

After!! We installed Charter Oak straight lap vinyl siding in mystic blue with Charter Oak vinyl soffit, custom bent fascia and wraps around windows and doors in white and beautiful cultured stone around post and garage for that extra special touch! Seamless aluminum rain gutter with downspouts-also in white.
